Church is much more than just gathering once a week in a building. We are a family of believers learning to live the way of Jesus.
Our life groups are smaller groups of people from within our church who meet to encourage each other throughout the week as we practice the way of Jesus together and learn to care for each other.
A typical meeting might consist of reading the bible together, worshipping, chatting and praying for each other.
Our new groups start in September 2024 - you can read about each of our groups below and sign up to get involved
Living out our calling to be God's faithful presence in the world can sometimes feel like a lonely task. Imagine if you had a close group of friends surrounding you with prayer and encouragement as you seek to be faithfully present with those around you, wherever they're at in their journey with Jesus.... Imagine sharing stories of encouragement and answered prayer as we experience those around us crashing into the kingdom…
That's what this life group is about: committing to sharing and supporting each other on the journey of being God's faithful presence in this world. We'll be praying for each other and for those we find ourselves regularly present with, as well as considering other ways in which God is inviting us to be His faithful presence in our community.
When: Fortnightly on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm starting 17th September
Leader: Cath Butler
Where: Fourth Avenue, Baylands, Bangor
