Church is much more than gathering once a week in a building. We are a family of believers learning to live the way of Jesus — together, in everyday life.
One of the ways we do this is through Tables and Sacred Spaces: intentional gatherings where rest, celebration, and belonging are nurtured. Sometimes that looks like a shared meal; other times it’s a walk outdoors or a gathering in the park. Rooted in a weekly 24-hour rhythm of renewal and connection in the Presence of God, each gathering becomes a place to encounter grace, deepen relationships, and grow in formation — becoming more like Jesus.
Tables and Sacred Spaces are also beacons of light and grace within our communities — places where there is always room for a friend, a neighbour, or anyone seeking to experience the Kingdom of God. These gatherings are not closed circles but living invitations to participate in the life of Jesus.
Tables and Sacred Spaces are shaped around three core values:
Hospitality & Mission
Whether gathered around a table or outdoors for a walk, each space becomes a place of welcome. There is always room for another — a neighbour, a friend, or a stranger.
Sabbath Rhythm
We honour the gift of rest and renewal wherever it unfolds — in kitchens, gardens, or public parks. We bless the moment, slow down, and celebrate the rhythms that restore us. These are spaces where we encourage one another to embrace Sabbath practices that lead us deeper into life with God.
Authentic Community
These are spaces where you can come as you are — to listen, to share, to pray, and to support each other. Whether seated at a table or walking through nature, we cultivate spiritual friendship through shared stories, encouragement, and care.
Most of our groups do gather around a table — sharing food, stories, and life. Food, family, and formation are all practices we see in the life of Jesus. But we also recognise that for some — especially those with young children — the table setting might not be practical in this season. That’s why we’ve created more flexible expressions that still nurture connection, rest, and spiritual formation, whether that’s in a park, a living room, or on a walk together.
